BarriVision Films is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Michael "Barri" Brown and Judith Falloon-Reid.

 

Michael B. Brown

Director of Photography, Producer & Editor

 

Michael, affectionately known in the industry as “Barri” founded BarriVision Films in 1998 as a result of the overwhelming response he received from videotaping and editing weddings and other functions at his home church.  A natural talent, Barri went on develop and hone his skills and by 2004, he had developed an enviable reputation as the leading producer of English-speaking Caribbean television programs in South Florida.

 

His prior experience as an audio engineer and producer of a popular radio soap opera, Neighbors, combined with his video production skills made him a sought after producer in the South Florida Caribbean community.

 

Having directed, filmed, edited and produced more than 12 television programs that have aired in the United States and the Caribbean, numerous commercials, infomercials and events, he turned his sights on producing Jamaica’s first Gospel Movies, Just Another Friday 1 & 2,The Gift Everlasting and 70 x Seven written and co-directed by his wife, Judith Falloon-Reid.

 

Judith Falloon-Reid

Judith Falloon Reid is a published author, a screenwriter, filmmaker and speaker.

 

Born and raised in Jamaica, Judith is writer, director and Executive Producer of the award-winning Gospel movies, Just Another Friday, and writer/director of The Gift Everlasting, 70 x Seven and Just Another Friday 2.  She has had an enviable career in writing everything from news to travel writing, poetry and blogs over the past 30 years. She has authored several books, faith-based plays and is a sought-after spoken word artist.

 

A marketing consultant, by profession, her passions lie in the creative arts, family and helping people. .

Andrew Jones

Assistant Director, Acting Coach

​

Andrew wears many hats as Assistant Director, Acting Coach and Jack of all Trades. A well-known face in the Jamaican theater world, he is an integral part of the BarriVision Team, working closely with cast in rehearsals, assisting with directing and being the face of BarriVision Films in Jamaica.

​

He plays a lead role as Stan in is an active member of Jamaica Youth for Christ's Acts 12 Drama Team as well as Independent Actors Movement, known for their award-winning Anansi Chapters, Run di Track and other productions.
