BCASCA is an organization which brings together people of Caribbean origin residing in Brevard County and enhances their interactions with other groups through sports, social & cultural activities, education, community service, and political engagement. Palm Bay and its surroundings is home to large communities of people of varying Caribbean heritage and cultures who have integrated with others to make Palm Bay a true cultural melting pot. The festival, which showcases the work of Caribbean, International and local Brevard filmmakers is hosted by the The Brevard Caribbean American Sports & Cultural Association (BCASCA).
